I generally prefer to exercise alone. There are several compelling reasons why I tend to prefer exercising alone. It helps me feel more relaxed and focus on my healthy lifestyle better. While other people tend to prefer exercising with others, I find that exercising alone helps in many different ways and reduces stress.
Well, it really depends on my exercising routines because in the morning I often go for a walk alone, but in the evenings I often exercise with friends because they make it fun and relaxing.
