I prefer sending text messages because I don't like to talk on the phone due to my anxiety. I really dislike talking to people, and when I'm sending text messages, I feel more comfortable and can express my feelings more truly.
I prefer phone calls rather than texting someone or sending a message because when I call, I can hear the other person's voice and sense their emotions. It's easier for me to communicate this way. That's why I really prefer phone calls over texting. Even text messages can sometimes generate misunderstandings.
