Well, I prefer individual sports because they allow me to focus on my own performance and progress, giving me full control. Individual sports require self-discipline and maturation. Additionally, individual sports can be practiced anytime and in any place.
It depends on team sports like football or basketball. You need teammates to help you reach your goals. But in individual sports such as sprinting, you have to do everything on your own. You can't rely on anyone, which can make you more independent.
