Without a doubt, I'm a person who likes to eat at home because I find making dishes and meals at home much more therapeutic and intimate. Although sometimes it's pleasant to go out and eat at restaurants, I still prefer eating at home and making meals from scratch because it really makes me relaxed.
Both have their advantages and disadvantages; however, personally, I prefer eating at home because I get to watch the food being cooked and know the ingredients in it. It's much healthier. Furthermore, I get to spend time with my family, which I don't get to do often.

I think it depends on the occasion. Usually, I prefer to eat at home because I want to maintain my healthy diet. However, for a special celebration, I would love to treat myself at a fancy restaurant where I can enjoy quality food that I cannot make at home.
