do you prefer to work alone or with a team

In my work, I prefer to be in a team, usually in leading roles, because you have to handle many tasks simultaneously, and only through combined energy and effort can you achieve the highest results.

Well, I think there are some benefits to working with a team. You can create a team environment, and you can gain motivation from others. But unfortunately, I'm the sort of person who prefers to work alone rather than with other people. I prefer to work alone because it can boost my productivity.
