Do you prefer using pen or pencil? Why?

Well, if I have to choose one of these learning tools, I will absolutely go for a pencil. When you write with a pencil, you can easily erase your answers. This way, you are not afraid to make mistakes. That's why I really prefer to write with a pencil.

I prefer using a pen usually when I am taking notes or in examinations, but for the IELTS exam, for example, I would prefer using a pencil because I know that I have to go back on things a lot to erase or improve something.
