Absolutely, yes, because I think it's really polite to reply when they want to ask something of me. I will do it as soon as possible because maybe they are in a hurry, and I think that is good for keeping the relationship.
I try to be responsive to emails. However, I also have responsibilities to projects. When clients have questions or queries, I prioritize responding quickly. Companies value client satisfaction and want to avoid delays. For example, last week I was working on a project for a client who provided feedback and wanted to know the progress.
Personally, if I'm busy or engaged with something, I'll reply later to the message or email. However, if I'm free and have nothing else to do, I prefer to respond right away or as soon as possible.
