Yes, definitely. I consider myself an introvert, and I don't like big parties, but I do celebrate my birthday with my friends and family. I feel happy about that because on that day I have a present and many activities with them.
Celebrating birthdays hasn't been much of a culture in my house. When I was a kid, I used to celebrate, but after I think fifth or sixth grade, I stopped celebrating, like cutting cake or inviting family members. I just go out for lunch, and that's pretty much it.
