I don't like them. I think they are very annoying and interrupt what I'm doing, especially when I'm watching YouTube videos or reading something online. They are everywhere now, and it's hard to avoid them.
I have mixed feelings about advertisements in general. They can be very persuasive incentives that encourage action. On one hand, they can be reasonable, relevant, and beneficial. On the other hand, they can also be annoying and illogical, especially since many of them can turn out to be phishing scams.
