Is the role of a leader in a group important? Absolutely yes. A leader plays a really important role in a team because they basically show everyone the right direction. They give clear instructions and delegate tasks effectively. I believe without proper leadership, a team can easily get confused or lost, and fail to achieve success. So yeah, a team without a leader is like a ship without a captain – I think that’s a pretty fair comparison.
