I believe that choosing a job that makes them happy is better than trying to earn a lot of money. Because happiness is the premise of success, only when they feel cheerful can we solve all the work smoothly and make fewer serious mistakes. Moreover, they will be praised, promoted in their career and receive more salary and bonus. This money will help them cover their living expenses and realize many plans in the future.
