what do you do if your item is heavy?

If my item is particularly heavy, I avoid carrying it by hand to prevent unnecessary strain on my body. I ask for assistance from my family members and friends, or I shift it away with something like a package or with wheels. That's not optional.

Actually, I divided the items and I put them in my hands. I think it would be easier to take the item with one hand. It's an easy way to divide the item. Maybe I will ask somebody to help me lift this heavy item, so I think that would be helpful.
