Not as many exercises as I used to. I just walk around the block and do some push-ups here and there. That's pretty much it, but when I was younger, I was more of a fitness fanatic, hitting the gym constantly and doing all sorts of exercises: pull-ups, brisk walking, jogging, you name it.
Well, I have to say I personally enjoy push-ups, not only because of how effective they are for muscle building but also because of how practical they are. You don't require any external equipment to do them. You can do them in the comfort of your own room, outside, or even in the shower.
