I think the answer is yes. I would recommend visiting Hanoi to see some beautiful landscapes like the Temple of Literature or West Lake. You can also visit historical buildings like the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long. The people here are very warm and kind, especially to foreigners. They are very friendly.
