Overall, it is clear that the percentage of some areas raised through decades, while others lowered. Residental and recreational types of lands show the growth of percentage, while industrial and agricultural demonstrates fall. Commercial type provides stability in numbers during all periods.
In 1990, the biggest rate was shown by residential type of area, while the least was recreational one. According to the latest provided data, there is a dramatic change in results of residental and industrial types. While residential land showed 45% by remaining its highest score, the industrial area demonstrated only 5% as the lowest rate. Overall, residential land’s results were raised for 15% from the begining, while industrial type of area were declined for the same number.
In 2000s, most types of lands, such as industrial, recreational and commercial, showed the same result. The changes in results from each decade were either raised or lowered for 5% except commercial type of land.
