The number of books read increased every year both for men and women but at first years, womens read more books but in 2014 mens have read more books than womens did, in the Public Library of Burnaby.

In 2011, the number of books that men read was 4000, then it doubled in 2012 with 8000, in 2013 men read 10000 books and last year, in 2014 men read more than womens read in 2014 with 14000 books at the public library.

At the begining, womens read more books than men did, first year in 2011 it was 5000, next year in 2012 it doubled to 10000. In 2013 the number of books women read was 12000 but in 2014 the number of books had decreased to 10000 which was lower then men for the first time.
