overall, it is evident that the highest point was never in both men and women and the lowest was once a week in women . however, by 2014, everyday became noticeably in both genders.

to begin with men, in 2011 never was the most noticeable with 44% until it witnessed a dramatic decrease by 14% in 2014 reaching 30%. meanwhile, everyday that stood at 25% at the begging rose to 34% becoming the largest section later. moving to once a week and few times a week both showed little or no change at all, just decreasing by 3% from 12% and 19% to 9% and 16% relatively.
