Overall, Between 2011 and 2014, the proportion of men who never use social media were slightly declined. However, the share of women who never use social media were significantly increased over the same period.
In 2011, men who used social media few time a week and every day made up 25%. In contrast, women showed 30 percent of usage on social media. Male who never used social media represented the largest share compared to female.
By 2014, every day female users of social media were significantly increased to 59%, but men almost had an equal share of 49%. The majority of male users who never used social media were decreased to 30%. However women constituted 22 percent of usage. Men who used internet once a week were similar to women percent over the same period.
