Dear Nguyen,

Thanks for the kind invitation to your birthday party at CN Hotel at 7 p.m. on November 30th, which sounds lovely. I was really pleased to receive it and I’d love to come. It’s lucky for me that your birthday happens on November 30th, actually, as it’s the only day of that week that I am free.

It’s been such a long time since we’ve seen each other so it will be really great to get together and enjoy your birthday party. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to help. Oh, one other thing. Will it be all right if I organise the music? I’m sure the atmosphere of the party is going to be interesting and fun.

Thanks again, I am really looking forward to it.
