Dear sir,

I am writtng ths letter to thank and appreciate your employee Mr Peter,who gave full support to fnd mylost side bag.

Iam a passenger ,mrs dharshana,who was travelling in the bus No 0006,heading to Anuradhapura from kandy on 10th of January.On there I lost my side bag,which is inciudedall my university document and other personal item,a diary and valuble books were there,that are really important to me.A s my final examination held on next week.if ilost these documents ,it would be big damage for me.

After I know my side bag was lost,I quickly informed Mr Peter,who is working as a conductor.he handle the situation nicely and getting full cooperation from other passengers without any harming .With mr Peters friendly behaviour I got to chsnce find my ide bag without any trouble.I flt very happy and relaxing moument ,after I recovering my issue. Because my future depend on that document.
