My name is Manpreet, a regular customer of your store. I am writing this letter to express my concern about the problem of proper signage at the Decent Supermarket situated at the McLaughlin Village Plaza.
Firstly, because of the proximity of the supermarket to my house, it is very convenient for me to shop in your store. Besides, all the essential items for daily use, such as, eatables and skin care products are available there. Therefore, I often visit the supermarket.
The major issue I have is the signage of aisles. As the supermarket is quite large, I mostly get lost in the aisles and it gets very difficult to find a specific product. Moreover, I have seen people asking for the location of the things.
So, it would be really appreciated if you could add proper signs of the product categories above every aisle, which will be helpful for locating items.
