Dear Purba,

I hope you and your family all are well. I am writing a letter to apologise for my inability to accomodation you during that time.

I remember that during our conversation at the last week. I promissed you to saty at my home. But, unfortunatly, I would not be able to keep you at my place. As I told you before., my cousin get married next week. So, my uncle told me that you must be attend the weeding program.

I am very sorry about it. I know you are coming the way from my accomodation to us, that’s why I feel so bad that you won’t be able to stay with us.

However, I’ve already made arrengments for you to stay with my cousin. She live in Sylhet.

Please convey my best wishes to your family. Looking forward to catching up soon.
