Band 7+: A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter: - give contact details for when you are away, - give instructions about how to care for your pet, - describe other household duties you would like your friend to undertake. When giving contact details, you do NOT need to write any addresses; something like the name of a friend you are staying with or a holiday destination is fine.

Dear John,

Hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to you to confirm if you’ll be able to help me out next weekend by coming over and taking care of the house and especially of Bobby, my cute little dog.

As I had mentioned last week when we were jogging, I’ll be out for around 4 days, starting this Thursday. I’m going to my parents’, in the countryside. So, if you need anything while I’m out, please call them at the number I left on the kitchen table.

I wanted to ask you to please feed Bobby every day at noon with the dog food that it’s inside the green box in the dispenser. On top of that, I’d love if you could also walk him every afternoon for like 30 minutes.

One last thing I’d like to ask you is to please clean the garden with the tools standing next to the main entrance door. I know we haven’t discussed about this earlier, but I’m 100% sure you would like an extra cash, right? If you could please do that, I can give you $100 bucks for it and would gratefully appreciate.
