Dear Sanil,

I hope you’re doing well and thanks for agreeing to take care of my house and my pet while i’m out for my vacation.

I’ll be leaving the city on 21, which is this coming Monday. So it will be great if you can come a day before, so i can go over the things that have to be taken care of. I’ll be out for the whole week, so make yourself comfortable and I have everything stocked in the house so you don’t have to buy anything.

There are few things you have to keep in mind regarding Jimmy, my pet. Firstly, he need food five times a day and don’t forget to give him his medication, as he is recovering from his injury. And lastly take him for a walk at least once a day, as he is getting lazy and chubby.

In addition to those I have few household things that have to be taken care of. Garbage collection is on Wednesday morning, so don’t forgot to leave the trash cans outside on Tuesday night. And, also a plumber is coming to fix the faucet, so just help him if he needs anything.
