Dear Ron,

I’m writing to let you know what you should do while caring for my house and pet. Firstly, thank you for doing this for me. It was very important for me to go to my home town as my mother is not feeling well nowadays. I was very nervous about my pet Tommy and my house but when you said yes to this I was so relaxed.

So, let me give you all the details. I am going on this Friday and will be back after 10 days. This number will not work when I have gotten a new number +91 1235412345. So, whenever you want any help just give me a call.

Generally, I clean my house every day but since I’m not here you should do it after 2 days. Also, water my plants each morning. Give Tommy food each morning at 10 and night after 7 p.m. On Sunday Tommy has an appointment for a check-up so please be there on time. I have written all the other important things on paper and I’ve put that on the table.

See you soon after coming back. Will surely give a treat which you’ve demanded.
