Dear Ms. Uyen,

I hope you are doing well.

I’m writing this letter to thank you for agreeing house-sit for me. I will come to Da Lat for three days and stay at ABC hotel. My phone number is unchanged so you can call immediately when necessary. I will keep it with me at all times.

I have 2 cats in house; the yellow name is Meo and the other ones is Miu. They are extremelly friendly and easy to care for. I have an automatic feeding machine in my house at living room, so I would like you to ensure that they eat 3 times per days, fill the cat biscuits in the machine, and bathing for them. In the morning, you can take them to the park near my house for playing. Furthermore, if you a free time, please make sure that all lights and devices in my house are turned off when unused.
