The maps illustrate the upcoming changes in the civic center. Overall, the center will undergo major changes, such as adding additional facilities, improving accessibility and increasing the territory.

Before development, the center was less-functional and provided few services. Big and significant chances are visible in the new plan of the center, but still there are buildings that will not remain unaltered, such as the concert hall which is located in the north of the plan and shopping center in the northeast. In addition, a lot of buildings just changed their location. The exhibition hall which was located in the southwest now will be in the southeast and a council office will be built in its place. In addition, according to the previous plan there were two car parks located on the sides of the concert hall, but now an open park is going to be built there, and an underground car park in the one place in the south of the plan.

Finally, there was a library in the southeast which for some reason has not been included in the new plan, despite the fact that the territory will be enlarged and a place can be found for everything.
