Dear Sir or Madam,

I am witing this in regards of the book that influenced me the most.

The book that I would like to present to you is called ‘The Journey of A Chef’. The book is describing about the life of a chef named Gordon Ramsey from the beginning of his career until he become a famous chef. Beside from that it also contained some recipe of his famous dishes which he learnt from his proffesional career as a chef for over twenty years.

The book has influenced me in many different aspect of life in order to be able to become a great chef such as; work-ethic, dicipline, presistent and never giving up on your dream. Also the book has influenced my perspective toward cooking in a professional kitchen.

All in all, I trully believe when tis book will be included in your magazine it will also help to influence other people, especially the one who pursue the same career as a professional chef just like Gordon Ramsey.
