Dear Sir or Madam in the Council,

I am Indra Jegel, one of your citizens in Pare District. Through this letter, I want to tell you about an old car that left by someone on Brawijaya Street for 2 weeks. This caused some problems.

The car model was sedan made by VW (Volkswagen) and the color was red. Moreover, when I saw that for the first time, the tires of that car were burst. I though that car was released in 80s and there were family and McD stickers on the rear door.

Furthermore, the first problem was traffic jam because the car was parking on the street, resulting in crowded moment. The other issue was pedestrian path. It meant that the societies were difficult to across the street since there were a lot of cars.

I suggest you to move the car to the rubbish station. What is more, since there is a car number, the owner of it should be punished to pay the penalties at 100.000 dollars.
