Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform that I would like to do public survey for my company’s public image.

If I give some information about myself. My given name is Farxod and family name Xidirov. I have been working for 5 years as manager in the Artel company.

I will try to de development my company. Therefore, I am going to do survey for my Artel company’s public in 25th April.

If you able to attend in this survey I would be happy. I will ask what my customers suggest the company should to do better satisfy the customers.
