Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I would like to conduct a public survey for my company’s public image.

If I may provide some information about myself: my given name is Farxod, and my family name Xidirov. I have been working for 5 years as manager at the Artel company.

I will try to develop my company. Therefore, I am going to do survey for my Artel company’s public on 25th April.

If you able to attend in this survey I would be happy. I will ask what my customers suggest the company should to do better satisfy the customers. These inquiries play an essential roles for my company’s prospects in the future. Customers can participate both the online and offline.
