Dear Robin,

I am San, a former student of 2018 Civil Engineering batch. I am writing this letter to request a reference letter for my job application.

I found a job vacancy for a Construction Project Coordinator role at Reno Constructors, which is one of the leading construction companies in Canada. As per the advertisement, my job responsibilities include supervising job sites, obtain permits like water permit and bypass documents ahead of time, and prepare drawings using AutoCAD software.

First and foremost, I have to pass the interview and security clearance to receive this job. As you know, I need to obtain Canadian experience to submit the permanent residence application. It’s been a year after completing the graduation, and I was waiting for a better opportunity to embark on my career.

It would be really helpful if you can provide a reference letter to submit with the job application. You can mention about the projects and the internships that I completed during the degree. Moreover, a brief note about my interpersonal and teamwork skills.
