Expenses on cell phones in 2001 was at just over 200 dollars and by 2002 it rose by almost 100 dollars, and slightly increased until 2006 when it exceeded residential phone services for expenditures and from 2007 to 2010 it rose from around 600 to approximately 750 dollars.
At the beginning of the period residential phone services exceeded cell phones for expenditures but had decrease throughout the graph, in 2001 expenses were at just under 700 dollars but continued to decrease until 2006 when it dropped less than 600 dollars, hence, expenditures on cell phone services exceeded residential phone services for expenses, eventually , by the end it had a dramatic drop when expenditures were around 400 dollars
