The bar chart represents the rate of individuals who consume 5 different kind of fruits and vegetables between 2001 and 2008 in the UK. Overall,the percentage all people saw a minimal increase to varying degrees over the period. Notably, the rate of women experienced a slight decrease in the last year, but still remained the highest.
Women, apparently, ate more fruits and vegetables. In 2001, about 22% of women consumed, after 4 yeasr it reached a peak with about 33%. However, in 2006 reached its topmost rating, but in from 2007 to 2008 slightly decreased to 30%.
Men and Children, on other hand, underwent a rise in the consumption of vegetables and fruits. Both sectors started their rate approximately 13% and 17% respectively. Until 2003 they showed no changes, however, by the next year, the percentage of men stood at 22%, which was about 5% than that of Children. The small difference was seen between both individuals in 2008, where the former one made up 27% and the latter 24%.
