Overall, regarding entertaining activities, men seemed to spend more time than women on most categories. However, females tended to do housing works, especially cooking and washing, for longer compared to their counterparts.
In terms of TV, video, and radio, men spent 137 minutes everyday on them, which is 19 units higher than the figure of women. In addition, they also spent 15 minutes on playing sports, while that took 11 minutes of women each day. However, females seemed to read for longer, with 19 minutes on average, than their counterparts, with 18 minutes on the same category.
Regarding household chores, the amount of time that women spent on cooking and washing was nearly 80 minutes, which doubled that of men, with just half of an hour. Besides, while males allocated roughly 10 minutes to clothes washing and ironing, their counterparts spent three times longer on the same work, with around 30 minutes. Although the average shopping time of females was nearly 40 minutes, which is twice longer than that of men, they spent less time on repairing things compared to males, with approximately 10 minutes and 20 minutes, respectively.
