Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the average annual time females spent was witnessed in upward trajectories from the household, except for the leisure period shown. However, males recorded the greatest rate in leisure.
In terms of leisure, males dominated their time to the TV, video, and radio, accounting for 137 minutes, while females contributed a mere 118 minutes. Moreover, the time of females in reading was the highest ,with 19 minutes, followed by men at 18 minutes. Futhermore, males exceeded females in sport by nearly 4 minutes.
Regarding household chores , the cooking and washing was highly beneficial for both males and females, by nearly 80 minutes of females and 30 minutes of males. Similarly, the shopping for emales exceeded those for males by nearly 10 minutes. Furthermore, males ranked first, with nearly 20 minutes, while females came next at 10 minutes. By contrast, females accounted 30 minutes, which was considerably more than the Clothes washing and Ironing for males at 10 minutes.
