Dear Mr. Smith,

I hope you are doing well. My name is Mary Abed, and I am writing this letter to say thank you for giving me the opportunity to hold an international day.

Firstly, I think that it is significantly important to perform this day because the students can enhance their knowledge about various cultures and history, as a result, they will be more broad minded and accept other students easily and broaden their horizons.

Moreover, I made a decision to cook a traditional meal of my country. Its name is Ghaliye Mahi which is a kind of seafood. Iranians have a passion for preparing it for children since it has a lot of minerals and nutrients; consequently, it can help students to pass their exams with high scores and boost their energy. Furthermore, students can cook this food at the dormitory because its order is straightforward, they should buy rice, special spices, and fresh vegetables.

Finally, I tend to introduce a vast number of historical books for youngsters as unfortunately youth generations get addicted to technology and they are not passionate about allocating time to read books. I think that this event will encourage students to become book lovers.
