The consumption of sodium was the highest portion during dinner, making up 43% of the total intake. Lunch also contributed the significant share at 29%. The propotion of snacks and breakfast illustrated the smallest share accounted for 14%.
Similarly, dinner again had the highest portion among satured fats at 37%, followed by lunch at 26%. In addition, the proportion of snacks contributed 21%, while breakfast illustrated the smallest proportion at bout 16%.
In terms of sugar consumed snacks was the highest ortion among all categories, which accounted for 42% of the total. While dinner and lunch contributed 23% and 19% respectively, breakfats showed the smallest added sugar at only 16%.
