As an overview, electricity generation from non renewable energy sources in the US has been coal in the initial year and natural gas in the final year. Electricity generation from renewable energy sources in the US is mostly hydroelectric in the early year and wind in the later year.
Firstly, in the case of non renewable energy source the use of petroleum and nuclear have stayed in both year. The use of renewables in 2019 is 720 billion kilowatt hours and in the early year is 437 billion kilowatt hours. The use of natural gas is decreased from 921 billion kilowatt hours compared to the final year.
