Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I want to discontinue my local club membership from the next month.

Firstly, I am glad to be a member of your club for the past two years, and the club activities helped me develop various skills, such as computer coding and typing skills. Although there were three different types of memberships, I was enrolled in group 2. It was the best choice for me because of my strict bugdet. I paid 300 rupees throungh my online banking app for the membership and an additional 100 rupees fees for parking space. However, I am moving to Canada for higher education and decided to cancel the membership by the end of this month.

I would therefore appreciate it if you could stop my payments as soon as possible.
