I’m writing to express my experience with a product i bought from your online shop on September 23th. I ordered a wireless headphone with order no.190701, but since the item arrived, i noticed the box is broken.
When it arrived i was shocked because the item inside the box is broken too. My wireless headphone only function one and the other one not function well. I’m wondering with reputation your company and considering the cost of the product i buy. I’m so disappointed with this experience.
I would appreciate it if you would change the product with safe packing, so that this accident not happening again, or full refund my money as soon as possible. I have a video when it’s arrived for your reference.
