It is obvious from the data that the preferences are distinct, with men choosing enterntainment-related gadgets as the most preferable and women showing a stronger interest for home security devices.
Male showed a favour for gadgets such as wireless home audio systems, home movie theatres, and outdoor speaker systems, with each of these categories seeing a significantly higher purchase rate among men compared to women. To be more specific, just under three quaters of them bought wireless home audio systems, which takes the leading position, while security cameras were the least opted, with the amount of a quater.
Conversely, security cameras had the highest purchase rate among females, reaching nearly 90 percent. Similarly, energy management systems were popular among them at just over a half. As to the category which women were the least intersted in, was outdoor speaker system with slightly less than a fifth.
