Hi Alan,

How are you bro!

The reason I’m writing this letter is to inform you that I’m selling my car- the one that you really love.

I’m letting go of my Mercedes Gelandewagen because I’m short of cash at the moment. I’m moving to a larger apartment in the city center, which has an extremely prohibitive price. I’llbe living there because I just got hired as an AI specialist in a Converge company, and buying an apartment will save me a lot of time from travelling.

Since this car has been with me for 5 years, it has some wheel malfunctions, which is not very serious and only needs a little fixing; but the best part is that except the malfunctions, everything is completely fine, including the papers.

If you’re still interested and want to purchase this, you can come to my house tomorrow morning at 9 am for a test drive. I’m sure you’ll definitely love it!
