Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided during my last week stay in your hotel.
During my stay I have faced some problems with the room facility and I would like to bring these to your notice as a feedback.
The room has air conditioner and the main reason I have booked this room is due to humid weather in the place. Unfortunately the AC in my room did not work properly and the temperature in the room was too hot. I could not sleep due to this and it has affected my schedule for the next day. When I reached out to reception for help they said they will send someone to repair but no one came which is quiet disappointing.
I would like to suggest you that checking all the room amenities before allocating it to someone to avoid these issues to the customer. Also it would be helpful is reception service is proactive and respond to customers quickly.
