On the two maps the plans of a home now and the home with its redevelopment are illustrated.
Generally, entrance will remain at the same place, rooms inside will change in shape and the garden at the bottom is going to be replaced by parking.
In the current plan, it is seen that there are, comparatively to other rooms, a big hall in the left lower corner, a bathroom located just over the hall and across from the living room. The first study/bedroom, out of three, is attached directly to the building and upper the entrance. To the right from the living room the next study/bedroom is located, there is the kitchen, bordering with the third study/bedroom, beneath it. Additionally, the home is surrounded by gardens from above and below.
Looking at the plan of the home after the redevelopment, it is illustrated that one study/bedroom is going to be added right above the entrance and below the attached one. Starting from the entrance, the hall will be changed in its shape and will go around different rooms.Bathroom will get smaller. Living room,in its turn, is going to be replaced by a study/bedroom and significantly extended. Another study/bedroom next to the previous one, will become square, meanwhile the kitchen will be combined with a social area and become bigger. The study/bedroom in the right down corner will be expanded a bit and will back on the added ensuite bathroom. The garden at the top is going to remain the same while the lower garden will be replaced with the parking lot.
