The process diagram presents the information on making chocolate.
Overall, there were 10 steps of chocolate production, which started picking red pods and finished pressing part of chocolate. Red pods are grown in three countries (America, Africa, Indonesia).
Stages 1-5 are spending in cocoa plantation. Producing started finding cacao trees with ripe red pods. Then they are harvested. There are white cocoa beans in pods. Following that, every pod is broken down to find necessary beans. Subsequently, they are spreaded in sun to dry in vain box. Afterwards, dry beans put in large fabric sacks to transport.
Stages 7-10 are in factory. Bags with white beans are transported by train or lorry to the chocolate factory. Then the factory takes products to warehouse. After that, beans are roasted at 350 degrees. Next step is crushing beans to remove outer shell. Finally, inner part is pressed and the liquid chocolate is ready. Then, this type of chocolate pour into form and freeze.
