Firstly, cows are left grazing in structures where they are milked twice a day, thanks to the use of milking machines. Secondly, the milk collected is stored in low-temperature containers where it is conserved until the moment when it will be transported to a dairy structure. This transport is made by the use of a special truck, able to maintain the right temperature.
Once the milk is arrived at its destination, the dairy process results in two different outputs. Therefore, not only bottle of milk, but also other foods are produced here, such as cheese, cream and butter. However, the milk bottled is pasteurized and packaged in order to be sent, along with the other dairy products, to shops where customers will be able to buy them.
