Dear Mr. Ben,

I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and high spirits. I am writing this letter regarding some emerging issues in the shared entrance hall in our apartment.

My name is Sunil, and I have been living in this apartment for 4 years. I enjoy this place as it promises peaceful environment. However, the entrance hall is shared with you, and I have noticed that a continuous disturbance is being caused by your children for 2 weeks. I know that you shifted to this apartment last month, and you should be aware about the rules and regulations of our building.

I would like to request that your family should follow the rules, and I hope that in future there would be no disturbances from your side. Additionally, I would like to fix a meeting to solve this matter promptly and briefly. I look forward to hearing from you.
