Overall,The employment percentage of men is higher,range from 73 to 84 percent in all four countries during 1970,but in 2000 employment rate is decreasing varying from 76 to 19 percent.In contrast,if we talk about women employment in the year 1970 slightly lower tham men varying from 43 to 8 percent,and in 2000 is also low about 40 to 7 percent.
Men rate of employment during the age 60-64 in 1970 is far better about 84 percent in Japan,7 percent in Belgium,74 percent in Australia and 73 percent in USA.That shows higher percentage of employment of men during 1970,but in 2000 that graph show decline in ther percentage of employment the highest is 76% in Japan and lowest is 19% in Belgium.
On the other hand,women employment rate during the ages 60-64 is clearly shows drop as compared to men.In 1970,the higher percentage is about 43% in japan,36% in USA,18% in Australia and 8% in Belgium.In contrast,employment rate in 2000 clearly shows dip,the highest is 40% in japan and the lowest is 7%.
