Dear Mr Smith,

Thank you for your response for my birthday party organization. Today I write this letter in order to response to your questions as well as include some information for the desired operation. I hope that with your help, the party will take place well.

First of all, there are about 50 guests attend at the party, ranging from 20 to 25 years old. Therefore, I want you to make sure that the decorations will not too vibrant or colorful.

Moving on to the activities which will be held at the party, I think there should be a mini game for the guests to socialize and make new friends such as dancing or physically demanding game. I belive that these types of acitivities can make the atmosphere there become more energetic and engaging.

Lastly, I do not have any specific demands for drinks or food, yet I hope that all the drink will be alcohol-free.
